eSIMDB is an informational comparison and recommendation platform for travel eSIM plans. We aggregate publicly available plan data from third-party eSIM providers and use AI-powered tools to help you find suitable options.
We are not an eSIM provider. We do not sell, activate, or manage eSIM plans. Any purchase contract is made directly with the third-party provider through their own website.
2. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on our Service are affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations, which are generated algorithmically based on your stated preferences.
3. Accuracy & Availability
- We work to keep plan data current but do not guarantee complete accuracy, real-time pricing, or that any offer shown is still available at checkout.
- AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should be verified on the provider’s website before purchase.
- We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose (discovering eSIM plans).
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Not use automated scraping, bots, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content in the chat or contact forms.

7. AI Disclaimer
Recommendations are generated using large language models (LLMs). While we employ safeguards (structured prompts, data validation, PII filtering), AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify plan details on the provider’s official website before purchasing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from your interaction with third-party eSIM providers, including failed activations, billing disputes, or service quality.
- Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed USD $50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSIMDB and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
